These are such beautiful videos. Calm and loving. I found out about Permanent, a japanese editorial of beautiful everyday food, how it's prepared, who makes it and where it comes from. Sadly I haven't seen a copy but they also have videos to compliment each issue. They are a must see. F ound through Hiki on her JollyGoo blog, where she talks about Permanent a lot better than me.
