Argh! Pete Willis is ace! Once again I have stumbled across another recent Camberwell graduate (this can happen when perusing their Degree Show page Save Our Souls), Pete has some beautiful work, and if you check out his website you can find a whole shop of zines, next to a showcase of his illustrations, his own zines and other merchandise for purchasing. A definite must visit.

Feeling Sketchy
Feeling a bit sketchy having fallen ill under the flu, but I am going through sketches to use for my portfolio. Rugby has taken my interest this week.
Don't forget to comment on my last post to win a mix-cd with personally drawn cd cover!

Hello!
I am very interested to know if anyone reads my blog on a regular basis, and if so I would like to say "hello" to you, and give you have a mix-cd with a self designed cover (theme being mustachios) as a thank you. Just say hello in a comment allowing some way for me to contact you further.
In the unlikely event of an onslaught of comments, I shall make the first FIVE comments to mix-cd winners :)
Oscar Bolton Green
These lovely illustrations from recent Camberwell Graduate, Oscar Bolton Green, have certainly cheered me up during the dark, sick ridden, early days of 2011.
He's done a marvellous book on Bird Beaks, and another on Football Stadiums. There's much more delightful work to be seen on his website and on his blog is the opportunity to see the initial drawings for some of those projects.

Let it dough!
Where better to way to spend Christmas than holed up in the kitchen baking, illustrator Christoph Niemann, who also brought us Lego NY, has been baking with his kids and creating some ace dough shapes. More can be seen on his N.Y. Times Blog.
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas, filled with good laughs and food!

Daito Manabe
Daito Manabe has worked some more on his brilliant electric stimulus sensors and extended the beats to the rest of the body.
He's also used it to control his friends faces with his own.
And made a Nike Music Shoe, his website and blog are full of amazing works.

I wait here for you forever as long as it takes
Stefan Marx is one of my all time favourites. He's got some great zines and books out, as well as whole line of t-shirts with his label Lousy Livin' Company which can be bought through Cleptomanicx. A nice interview with him on Cat's Forehead.
