Mitzva Matza

Matzah • Matza • Matzoh • Matzo • Matsah • Matsa • Matze ...

is unleavened bread made of only plain flour and water, the dough is pricked all over. It must not rise before or during baking, so that it remains unleavened so it can be eaten on the night of sedar which results in a good mizvah. (According to Wikipedia)
